3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a safe, quiet street. close to bus, 10 min walk to train, plenty of off street parking. flat is fully furnished apart from bedroom, which is small double/large single. we split monthly costs equally (power, water, unlimited wireless internet). ideally looking for one flatmate but will consider couples at higher rent. anyone welcome as long as you're friendly, tidy and easygoing.
smoking ok if outside and kept tidy.
